Help Identification 1920/ 2 diff bills

The First Bill says:
 Funf3ig Phennige Berlin 30.3anuar1920 printed december 1920 serial #6533455f it looks like a bear or ferret is holding the 50 in a circle.

The second Bill says:
Bremerhaven Geestemunde Lehe
printed september 1920
stadtrat biemerhaven
25
serial #733468


both bills are small in size.

The first bill was issued by the town Berlin. Indeed it shows a bear, which is the main part of the coat of arms of the town.

The second bill was issued by the town Bremerhaven. Some information about the town are available here: http://germannotes.com/travel/germany.php?products_id=700
