Bavarian restaurant in Frankfurt needed

I have a friend traveling to the far east and has a stopover in Frankfurt for one day. He arrives early morning. I am German born and am trying to find specific Bavarian
resturants in Frankfort for him to try the variouis dishs and such. Is there a listing of places such as this and perhaps a Bavarian that includes some of the typical music and 1 liter steins of beer. I have been explaining this to him for years and now he will get a chance. He will have a 1 day layover going to his destination and again 1 day on his return. Any assistance would be appreciated
