Money from Konzentrationslager Flossenbürg
Flossenbürg was a German concentration camp built in May 1938 by the SS Economic-Administrative Main Office at Flossenbürg, in the Oberpfalz region of Bavaria, near the pre-war border with Czechoslovakia. Between 1938, when the camp was established, and April 1945, more than 96,000 people passed through Flossenbürg. About 30,000 died there.
Money of the concentration camp Flossenbürg
During World War II in the camp of Flossenbürg specific money was issued for the use of the prisoners. The bills had denominations of 50 Reichspfennig and 1 Reichsmark. The bills were called "Prämienschein" (bonus coupon).
